<p>In  a computer-focused world, wrist pain has become an accepted part  of  daily life for many people. Yoga can be the best thing that ever   happened for your wrists, but most classes don’t focus on this very   important area. In this workshop, learn how to use yoga to open and   strengthen the areas crucial to wrist health, as well as how to apply   these principles to your daily life. This workshop is appropriate for   anyone who has experienced wrist pain or wants to learn how to prevent   it; no past yoga experience is necessary.</p>
