It has been said before that one will experience true peace, happiness, and love in their lives once they begin to truly know who they are deep within.
Through practical investigation and demonstration of relaxation and meditation techniques, methods will be shared empowering one to embrace the stillness which is at the core of our true being to access greater self-knowledge.
These techniques come from the ancient Himalayan tradition of Kriya Yoga, a practice of internal cleansing. This practice is aimed at creatively constructing a state of total relaxation while being fully aware and present throughout the waking day.
The workshop will be organized in sections where we will lecture and discuss these techniques leaving ample time for a deep rejuvenating experience. Please bring a notebook, comfortable clothing and a half empty stomach.
