Develop a deeper connection to yourself.

Located at St Clair Ave West and Bathurst St, the Studio For Movement offers small and personal classes in Yoga, Pilates, Bellydance, Alexander Technique and Tai Chi in a warm, friendly and supportive environment. The studio’s maximum capacity is 11 students, which allows us to get to know you, give you one on one attention and address your needs.

We have a team of inspiring teachers to assist you in developing greater body awareness, mobility and freer coordination. Our primary focus is helping you enjoy movement with fitness as an added benefit.

Explore your movement possibilities through our group classes or book a one to one session to begin your practice. The studio accommodates all levels of fitness and coordination. Wherever you are starting from, we will meet you there.

Pilates creates more balance in your body through exercises that are supported by breath, awareness and attention. Increase your body awareness and develop core strength. Learn to listen to your body and notice where you hold tension. Work towards re-patterning your movements for greater efficiency and ease. All levels are welcome whether you are re-covering from injury or as a cross training enhancement.
